Introduction and Observation...




We attended a Monday Flag Raising Ceremony today at the Carmona Hon. Marciano Mapanoo Park. This is my very first attendance in this flag ceremony as a principal. The emcees introduced me to the public twice but I felt ashamed because she never mentioned the name of my district supervisor-being the head of the DepEd in the Municipality of Carmona. I just thought the lady emcee forgot to mention my district supervisor's name since she is already known by many people since she is always attending the flag raising activity every morning.
I just shared this observation for the record....
Coinciding the flag raising ceremonies is the intermission number done by the select pupils from Bancal Elem. School who did a musical presentation imitated from the classical movie "The Sound of Music". They did the "Do Re Mi" song by Julie Andrews.

MADES' Ang Grinfilds, champion best school paper in CALABARZON

O ur school organ in Filipino, Ang Grinfilds truly made us blissful and ecstatic during the Regional Schools Press Conference Group Contest Awarding Day held at Lucena West 1 Central school, Lucena City last Feb 3, 2012  for winning as FIRST PLACE, BEST SCHOOL PAPER, Filipino category in Region IV-A CALABARZON for gaining the victories in the following: Second Place, Sports Page; Fourth Place, Newspage; Fourth Place, Ediitorial Page and Sixth in Layout Design.  O n the other hand, our school paper in English, The Greenfields , won First Place in Layout Design.   I and our school paper advisers Mrs. Mariquit Bayas and Ms. Arreane Mamauag would like to express our deepest thanks to all the people who have inspired us in making this "masterpiece". Speech of a New Principal

This event is both historical and spectacular in my life. This is something first, something new and something different to me as an educator. I am glad that all Maduya ES teachers are gathered at this special event of my life. I am glad that they are part of my first bite as a principal. I am glad that I will spend my new role as a leader at Maduya Elementary School and more delightedly in Carmona, Cavite . I don’t like to talk too much at this moment but I feel it is a requisite to a new leader to tell something of him, and so I’m here to express my feelings and I am sorry for being too idealist and somewhat vulnerable.
